2016

2016 saw Josh Price cement himself as a hot prospect for the future, after capping off his first complete season in car racing by taking regular podiums as well as a victory in the final round of the season at Brands Hatch - on his way to 6th overall in the standings and 2nd in the Graduate Cup.

In his first complete season of racing in cars, Price once again raced with Team Pyro and was at the sharp end of proceedings throughout the season.

Price endured a mixed start after suffering some torrid luck, but this was soon put behind him as he starred from mid-season onwards, regularly making waves at the front of the grid and filling Graduate and Overall podium slots.

The final three rounds saw Price competing with the main championship protagonists, challenging for the wins and lead the way in the Graduate class. This led into a very positve winter testing programme, with the plan to challenge for the overall title in the championship - once again with Pyro in 2017.

Price was announced as a member of the BMR Academy at the end of the season, with the aim to graduate to British Touring Cars with the team in the coming seasons.
